BeMy is built on genuine connection. These Community Guidelines describe what we expect from everyone who uses the platform. By using BeMy you agree to follow them.
1. Be kind, be honest
Show up as yourself. Use real photos, accurate info, and interact with others the way you'd want them to interact with you. Small kindnesses make a big difference.
2. No harassment or hate speech
Threats, stalking, intimidation, slurs, and content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or appearance are not allowed. We also don't tolerate coordinated harassment.
3. No nudity or sexually explicit content in public areas
BeMy is for adults, but public feeds, profiles, and group chats are not the place for nudity or sexually explicit media. Use visibility controls, locked posts, and the Secret section for more intimate sharing. Even then, content must be consensual and legal.
4. No minors
You must be 18+ to use BeMy. Sharing sexual content involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
5. No spam, scams, or impersonation
Don't promote unrelated products or services, drive users off-platform to scam them, copy other people's photos and pretend they're yours, or pretend to be someone you're not.
6. No illegal activity
Don't use BeMy to plan or carry out illegal activity, buy or sell unlawful goods or services, or encourage others to harm themselves.
7. Consent matters
Don't share someone else's private photos, messages, or personal information without their explicit permission. A connection on BeMy is not consent to share screenshots, use their photos, or contact them off-platform against their wishes.
8. Reporting and moderation
If you see something that breaks these rules, please report it. Every profile and post has a report option, and you can always email support@bemy.fun. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
9. Consequences
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may:
- remove offending content;
- warn the user;
- temporarily suspend the account;
- permanently ban the account;
- report to law enforcement where required.
Repeated or severe violations skip straight to permanent bans. Accounts we ban for abuse or for child safety violations cannot be restored.
10. Changes
We update these Guidelines as the community grows. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
